Job Description The IT Support Analyst will provide a wide range of technical support to end-users across the company, which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to company-supported devices, user accounts, software installations, connectivity, and other infrastructure equipment. This position is full-time and located in our Firestone facility (not remote). Additional travel between our four (4) Syracuse based facilities will also be required. Key Responsibilities Server Administration • Proven expertise in managing day-to-day maintenance of both physical and virtual servers., • Demonstrated proficiency in installing, configuring, and backing up servers to ensure optimal performance and data integrity., • Demonstrated experience in managing Active Directory in a Hybrid AD environment, • Demonstrated experience in print servers., • Experienced in monitoring server performance and ensuring system reliability., • General knowledge of troubleshooting network issues both wired and wireless networks and access points, • Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
