Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales Associate I is responsible for supporting the continued growth and development of our customer accounts within the CCTV and security technology industry. This role plays an important part in developing customer relationships, providing product knowledge, assisting with sales opportunities, and supporting the overall sales team in achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate is motivated, service-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced technical sales environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Generate and maintain productive relationships with existing customers, ensuring consistent communication and engagement, especially during product launches or promotions., • Assist in identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities to expand market reach and increase product revenue., • Support the Sales Manager in developing strategies for deeper market penetration and customer retention., • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients; build a reliable and effective professional network., • Provide pre-sale and post-sale support, including preparing quotations, processing orders, assisting with new account applications, and coordinating with internal departments for technical or logistical needs., • Deliver accurate and up-to-date product and company information to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience., • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s full product line, including CCTV, networking, and security solutions, through regular training and research., • Stay informed about market developments, competitor activity, and product trends to support customer conversations and sales strategies., • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and activity goals., • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as assigned by the Sales Manager. · Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. · Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities. · Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and overcome sales challenges. · Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook); CRM system experience preferred. · Self-Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. · Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines. · Positive, energetic attitude with a collaborative team spirit. · Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and established best practices. · Ability to respond to customers in a timely and effective manner · Strong negotiation skill and team player mindset is a plus · Must be self-motivated with a proven track record selling and delivering solutions · Energetic and positive attitude, and enthusiasm to excel OTHER REQUIREMENTS · Some domestic and/or international may be required to attend customer meetings, training sessions, or trade shows. · Willing and able to work additional hours when needed · Willing and able to train new sales associates and keep a growth mindset · Bend, lift, open and move products and related office items varying in weight EDUCATION · 0-1+ Years of Professional Experience in Sales or related areas · Experience in the CCTV, security system, or consumer electronics industry is highly desired · A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, IT / Network, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience Company DescriptionLTS is a leader in digital video surveillance, providing reliable, innovative, and cost-effective video solutions to security professionals, installers, system integrators, consulting firms & resellers of all sizes.
