Role Summary The Head Cook / Savory Kitchen Lead is responsible for all savory food production at the Honey Veil Sunset Drive store. This person will be on the line cooking, building recipes and systems, and training 12 line cooks to execute consistently. They also own savory inventory and kitchen organization for their station. This is a great role for a strong line cook whos ready to step into a lead/manager-type position. What Were Looking For • 23+ years of experience as a line cook in a busy restaurant, caf, or similar., • Prior lead, key holder, or trainer experience is a strong plus (even informal)., • Comfortable running a station and teaching others how to execute your systems., • Strong knife skills, solid understanding of cooking temps, and station organization., • Good communication under pressure; can stay calm and keep others calm during a rush., • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a clean, organized kitchen., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods., • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, not required.
