Job Description Overview Ling’s Wok Shop is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for an experienced restaurant leader ready to take the next step toward a General Manager position. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will support all aspects of operations, lead and develop team members, and help drive consistency, efficiency, and profitability across the restaurant. Qualifications • 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment required., • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Working knowledge of food and beverage operations; kitchen experience is a plus., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting., • Proficient with POS systems and basic office software., • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
