The LPN will provide direct nursing care, support participant health needs, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our participants. Key Responsibilities • Provide routine nursing care and monitoring of participants, • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, • Assist with assessments, documentation, and care plan updates, • Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN/physician, • Respond to participant health concerns and emergencies, • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, • Support a positive, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment Qualifications • Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing, • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain), • Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills We strongly encourage applicants who are multilingual, especially those fluent in: • Mandarin, • Korean, • Russian
