We are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with strong FEHA experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants real litigation exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to take cases from intake through trial. You will manage a caseload of 25–30 active employment litigation matters and work in a collaborative environment that supports growth and trial-readiness. We fund cases through trial when we believe in them—even if the outcome is uncertain—because we are committed to our clients and to learning from every result. Our attorneys prepare each case with a trial-focused approach from day one and work within a supportive environment that prioritizes hands-on professional development. This role also offers meaningful opportunities to grow into a leadership position or senior litigation role within the firm.
