As Senior Art Director, Content, you will own the art direction of Blank Street's social and content channels. That means defining how the brand looks and feels day to day, in motion, across platforms. This is not a role for someone who just reacts to trends or executes briefs. You're here to set the bar, build a point of view, and make sure everything we publish actually feels like Blank Street. If done well, this role quietly but meaningfully changes how the brand is perceived. What You'll Own --------------- • Pushing the work forward creatively while protecting the integrity of the brand., • The art direction and visual standards of Blank Street's social and content channels., • The creative direction, feedback, and development of the content team., • The evolution of our social look and feel into a coherent, scalable system., • Insights, reporting, and creative reviews that inform what we make next., • Creative partnership with producers, creators, and marketers to deliver work that feels intentional and elevated. Who We're Looking For --------------------- • Strong taste and a clear, defensible creative POV., • Proven experience leading and developing creative teams., • Deep understanding of social as a creative medium, not just a marketing channel., • Comfortable owning insights and performance reporting and translating them into creative direction., • High standards for craft, clarity, and how work lands in the world. Requirements ------------ • 7–10+ years of experience in art direction, content, or brand creative roles, with clear ownership of social or digital content., • Demonstrated experience leading and developing creative teams, not just managing projects., • Strong portfolio showing a consistent visual POV, high craft, and social-first thinking. Benefits & Perks ----------------- • $120,000 - $140,000 annual base salary, • Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Our salaries are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package. Blank Street may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. Strong communication skills and reliability are more important than technical knowledge. Work Style This is a flexible remote partnership. The starting compensation structure is 30% of monthly net development revenue generated through managed client relationships. This is not a traditional fixed hourly role. Income depends on the business results we create together. In the beginning, income may be limited while we are building the process and client pipeline. As the business grows, your income can grow with it. Final compensation details can be discussed during the interview based on your experience, availability, and level of involvement. Long-Term Goal The goal is to build a stable freelance development business with consistent clients, repeat projects, and reliable monthly revenue. This partnership combines my technical development skills with your client-facing communication support.     Position Summary Under general supervision, our Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage and shipment of dairy products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, sit down forklift, clamp truck and hand truck. Must have warehouse experience. Dairy experience preferred. Job Duties Load and unload trucks using equipment in an efficient and safe manner Move product to storage areas with proper equipment Efficiently lift, stack and store products in the appropriate areas Pick and assemble orders for shipment with a minimum of 1,200 cases per shift Check and count products for accuracy before shipment Load trucks in a specific manner as described by the load out supervisor and/or clamper Receive, pick and rotate all products per their expiration date(s) - first in, first out (FIFO) policy Extensive walking of the entire warehouse using hand trucks stacked with cases of products Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed. Compensation Starting Rate: $18.50/hr.
