Job Description JOB SUMMARY You will provide services to children ages 3-5 in a multidisciplinary team approach. You have a valid NYS license and NPI number. This is a full time, 35 hour position. ABOUT YOU You will provide services based on a child's Individual Educational Plan. Progress notes, evaluations and annual reports. You are good at communication and interaction with children, as well as their parents.
