Are you?... • Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole, • Passionate about strengthening families in your community? What You’ll Do: • Provide weekly in-home visits to families navigating challenges like trauma, housing insecurity, or child welfare involvement., • Use your language skills to ensure families understand their resources, rights, and parenting goals in a language that feels like home., • Support family well-being through evidence-based parenting and health education., • Create Family Service Plans, make referrals, and track progress through case notes and systems like ETO and SharePoint., • Associates, Bachelor's, or master's degree in social work, Public Health, or related field., • Bilingual fluency in English + Spanish or Haitian Creole (speak, read, and write)., • Ability to work in-person and travel throughout Berks, Bucks, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties., • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed., • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record., • Culturally responsive., • Experienced in case management, early childhood education, or maternal/infant health., • Tech-savvy with the ability to document and manage family files digitally., • Generous Paid Time Off – 3 weeks vacation + 1 week Winter Break + 12 weeks parental leave, • Comprehensive Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, Vision, HRA up to $1500/year, • 403B Retirement Plan with Employer Match, • Wellness Programs & Pet Insurance, • Tuition Repayment Eligibility – MCC is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified employer We are a community rooted in care, compassion, and commitment to families.
