About the Position: During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. Role: Paralegal/E-Discovery Specialist Location: Rochester, NY Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 (DOE) Schedule: In-Office Responsibilities: • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, including the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation and legal proceedings., • Organize and maintain electronic discovery files, ensuring accurate documentation of collected materials and tracking of all productions sent and received., • Coordinate with clients and eDiscovery vendors throughout the discovery process to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of results., • Manage data collection efforts from various sources in support of ongoing legal matters., • Support attorneys in reviewing electronic evidence for relevance, privilege, and responsiveness., • Leverage eDiscovery platforms and tools to review and manage large datasets, maintaining compliance with legal standards and optimizing efficiency., • Collaborate closely with legal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges, and ensure effective oversight of the eDiscovery process., • Draft, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and related materials as needed., • Prepare clear and concise transcript summaries to assist with case analysis and preparation., • File legal documents via NYSCEF, ECF, or other court-mandated electronic filing systems., • Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking financial data and other quantitative information relevant to legal matters., • Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with a Paralegal Studies certificate preferred., • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in litigation.
