About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with personal injury experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will bring a strong litigation background, ideally from the plaintiff’s side (though defense experience will be considered), along with a track record of stability and commitment in prior roles. Key Responsibilities • Manage personal injury litigation from case intake to resolution, • Develop litigation strategy and handle all trial preparation, • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence, • Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, • Maintain open communication with clients, providers, carriers, and opposing counsel, • Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with the pre-suit team, • Negotiate settlements and manage post-settlement processes, • Monitor and support the litigation department’s KPIs and performance goals, • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida, • 2–3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred), • Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills, • Solid judgment, client rapport, and attention to detail, • Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and efficiently, • Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles, • Trial experience or strong desire to gain courtroom exposure Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $100,000–$150,000+ depending on experience, • Performance-based bonuses, • Paid holidays and PTO, • Opportunities for professional development and growth, • Work Location: This is an in-office role in Melbourne, FL, • Job Type: Full-Time Andrew Pickett Law is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
