Job Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the preventative and repair of the hotel’s mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, swimming pool, etc. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS This description is a summary of primary responsibilities and qualifications. JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the MLB Facilities Technician is responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of equipment at the MRO facility.
