We're a growing NYC rental agency and we're looking for a driven agent who wants to run hard and earn. You'll bring in clients and close rentals — the more you place, the more you make. What you'll do • Bring in and work with clients, • Meet clients at units across Brooklyn, Staten island, and the Bronx and run showings, often several a day, • Read clients quickly, match them to the right unit, and push deals toward signing, • Keep your pipeline moving and stay on top of every client, • Own your outcomes — we measure you on rentals closed Who this is for • You're hungry, self-driven, and want your income tied to your effort, • You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and don't let deals stall, • You're comfortable on your feet all day, in different neighborhoods, meeting new people Requirements • Active NY real estate salesperson license, • Fluent in Spanish, • Reliable transportation around Brooklyn and the Bronx, • Punctual, professional, and accountable, • No Experience Required The opportunity • Real earning potential for someone who puts in the work, • Performance-driven — your effort converts directly into income / Commission Based.
