Responsibilities • Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to SAT math content, aligning with curriculum standards and student needs, • Deliver dynamic classroom instruction that simplifies complex mathematical concepts and enhances student understanding, • Incorporate diverse teaching methods, including technology-based tools, to engage learners of varying skill levels, • Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, practice tests, and formative assessments; provide constructive feedback to support growth, • Manage classroom environments effectively to promote respectful, focused, and inclusive learning experiences, • Develop customized tutoring sessions for individual or small groups to target specific areas of improvement, • Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum development strategies and share best practices in teaching SAT math Skills • Strong proficiency in mathematics with the ability to teach topics such as algebra, geometry, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques, • Experience with classroom management and creating engaging educational environments, • Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance instructional delivery and student engagement, • Proven ability to develop effective lesson plans aligned with standardized test requirements, • Excellent presentation skills that clearly communicate mathematical concepts to diverse learners, • Experience working with students of varying ages, including adult education or special education settings, • Writing skills necessary for creating clear instructional materials, assessments, and progress reports Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
