Requirements • Active California State Electrician Certification (must have passed the state exam), • Electrical Trainee (ET Card) may be considered depending on experience level., • 3–6 years of field experience in residential and light commercial work, • Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Clean driving record, • Professional communication and customer-facing skills, • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, • Perform service upgrades, remodel work, and troubleshooting, • Ensure all work meets state and local code requirements, • Collaborate with other trades on job sites to keep projects on schedule, • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments, • Hourly pay: $32–$36/hr DOE, • Company vehicle for job use, • Health insurance stipend, • Paid sick and vacation time (after probationary period), • Professional development support, including paying for licensing fees if you want to sit for the exam, • Steady, predictable Monday–Friday schedule, • Company vehicle, • Monday - Friday schedule, • Professional development assistance to support you taking the licensing test and reaching your goals.
