Job Description We are currently seeking a Traveling Lead Foreman to oversee and execute heavy commercial electrical projects across various industrial sites. While the work environments are industrial, the project scopes are often straightforward yet time-sensitive. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives under pressure, works collaboratively with a team, and takes initiative to deliver results. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a crew of at least 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on each job site., • Oversee project timelines, labor, and site coordination to ensure deadlines are met., • Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics., • Perform and supervise electrical work including:, • Conduit and wiring installations, • Generator and UPS system installations, • Low- and medium-voltage systems, • Maintain consistent communication with project managers and office staff., • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications., • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects., • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field., • Willing and able to work up to 60 hours per week., • Comfortable with extensive travel; this is a travel-dependent position., • Ability to work independently and lead teams with minimal supervision., • Journeyman Electrician License (Required)., • Minimum 5 years of field experience in electrical construction., • Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred., • Solid knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety., • Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading., • $35 $45 per hour (based on experience), • Long-term employment with advancement opportunities, • Benefits package available for the right candidate (details available upon request)
