Generator Supercenter is looking to hire a full time Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team in our new location in Orange County to install home standby generators. Responsibilities: • Install and repair generators., • Troubleshoot motor and control systems, • Assist in load-testing generator packages, • Assist in other phases of preparation and setting of power generation equipment and products such as trenching, piping, mechanical components, and civil assembly for setting power generation packages, • Perform routine maintenance, • Adhere to all quality and safety codes, • Health Benefits after 180 days are available, • A company van is provided, • Company Uniforms, • Paid Vacations and Holidays after 1st Year, • Training and certifications provided upon completion of classes. Job Description Job Overview Premier Power Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in customer satisfaction, and is confident in quoting and executing their own jobs. Technicians are dispatched to pre-scheduled appointments at residential and commercial locations. Duties • Travel to customer homes and businesses to perform on-site electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with pre-set company provided appointments., • Estimate and price electrical work on the spot, including providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers., • Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear communication and professional service., • Perform electrical upgrades and installations including:, • Main panel upgrades, • Subpanel modifications, • Rewiring and load balancing, • Circuit additions and dedicated lines, • Ensure all work meets NEC standards and local code requirements., • Maintain accurate records of services, materials used, and customer communications., • Communicate with office staff regarding scheduling, job updates, and follow-ups., • Maintain a clean and organized work area., • Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential/commercial electrician., • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and code compliance., • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow., • Experience with estimating and quoting jobs in the field is a strong plus., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record., • Uncapped earning potential – high-performing technicians routinely earn $100K+ per year, • Competitive commission structure with bonuses for performance, • Company-provided leads and pre-scheduled appointments, • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k), • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off Work Location: In person
