Candidates should be able to: • Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM or AI-assisted workflows, • Work in a KPI-driven outreach environment tied to calls, conversations, qualified appointments, CRM notes, and market insights, • Research, source, and prioritize prospect leads based on campaign goals and target account criteria, • Document outreach activity, call outcomes, customer feedback, objections, follow-up needs, and prospect interest accurately, • Support appointment-setting and clean handoffs to Business Development, • Communicate clearly with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Service, Operations, and leadership, • Manage multiple campaigns, lead lists, follow-ups, and internal requests at the same time WHY YOU’LL LIKE THIS ROLE This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys research, outreach, customer insight, and structured documentation. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Support Marketing’s market intelligence, customer insight, and AI-enabled outreach efforts, • Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI-assisted workflows, • Research companies, contacts, customer needs, business triggers, pain points, and market trends, • Source and prioritize prospect leads based on campaign goals and Marketing direction, • Schedule qualified appointments for Business Development, • Document call outcomes, customer feedback, prospect interest, objections, and follow-up needs in CRM/internal systems, • Support outreach scripting, messaging frameworks, AI prompt development, workflow testing, and campaign improvement, • Share useful market intelligence with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Service, Operations, and leadership, • Maintain strong organization, follow-up discipline, communication, accountability, and data accuracy WHAT YOU BRING • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, customer operations, business analysis, sales operations, market research, business outreach, or a related intelligence-focused role, • Experience conducting outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or AI-assisted workflows, • Strong phone communication skills and comfort with live conversations, follow-up, and appointment-setting activity, • Experience researching and prioritizing prospect leads based on target account criteria or campaign goals, • Ability to identify and document customer needs, pain points, business triggers, demand signals, market themes, and outreach results, • Experience using CRM platforms, lead-management systems, structured notes, or similar documentation tools, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up discipline, and data accuracy, • Ability to support scripts, messaging frameworks, AI prompts, workflow testing, and outreach process improvement, • Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment THIS ROLE IS NOT A MATCH IF YOUR BACKGROUND IS MAINLY • General marketing content only, with no outreach, lead research, CRM, or customer/prospect communication experience, • Social media only, with no structured business outreach or lead documentation, • Customer service only, with no prospect research, campaign support, CRM, or business-outreach alignment, • Sales only, with no documentation discipline, market intelligence, or campaign insight work, • Administrative work only, with no customer insight, outreach, CRM, or lead-management responsibility PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Automation platforms, analytics tools, workflow systems, AI-enabled tools, or reporting dashboards, • AI workflow setup, quality assurance, prompt testing, operational tuning, or outreach process improvement, • Call scripts, email messaging, LinkedIn outreach, talk tracks, messaging frameworks, or campaign sequences, • Regulated, ISO-certified, medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, technical service, or quality-driven environments, • Market feedback summaries, engagement reports, demand-signal reports, or internal insight updates, • Customer service campaigns, follow-up outreach, end-user communication, or service-related customer contact, • Cross-functional work with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Service, Operations, and leadership COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour, • Annualized Compensation: $58,240, • Overtime: Overtime eligible where applicable based on business need and applicable wage-and-hour requirements, • Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for full-time employees, • Additional Benefits: 401K, Life Insurance, and other supplemental insurance options where applicable, • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire, Salary Non-Exempt HIRING PROCESS • Resume review, • Employment application review, • Phone or virtual recruiter screen, • Hiring manager review, • Interview process with Marketing / leadership as applicable, • Background check and other required pre-employment steps EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Quest International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
