Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: Building: North Austin Medical Center Floor: 4 th floor Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 70881 Discipline: Labor and Delivery Quantity: Target Start Date: Shift: nights and days Call Requirements: no call requirement Weekends: alternating General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds -32, • Number of Staff 150, • Type of staff:, • Day Shift 1 charge nurse; 1 co-charge nurse; RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, • Night Shift - 1 charge nurse; 1 co-charge nurse; RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, • Patient Ratios 1:2, • Type of equipment Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US, • EMR Meditech, • Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) yes Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation, • 2+ nursing experience in L&D Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first., • Internal monitor placement competency, • Previous HCA assignment/employments, • Experience in Level IV unit (high volume unit) List typical procedures performed on unit(s):, • SVD/ cerclages/C-Sections/TOLAC Best personality Fit:, • Team player, • Positive attitude Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire., • Scrub Color - navy blue, • T-shirts are not acceptable; solid blue/black or grey sweatshirts only Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines., • Adhere to attendance policy Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc., • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent . #RNMS1 #TB_RN #ZRHC Why TalentBurst?
