To date, we have: • raised >$5m in funding from tier-1 investors, operators, and athletes behind Supercell, Stripe, Roblox, FaceIt, Deliveroo, Wander, Archer, VistaJet, Mural, Fanfix, Cleo, Flex, Poppi, Salido, the NBA, and the Premier League, • achieved >5x industry-leading engagement from our paying customers, with an extensive waiting list, • built the V1 of a proactive, prompt-less product described as ‘magic’ by our paying customers The Proactive Lifestyle Strategist One of Aurora’s defining capabilities is its ability to anticipate our members' needs, curating and executing high-impact recommendations without being prompted. The Proactive Lifestyle Strategist role owns Aurora’s proactive content: identifying what a member will want to do before they ask, and delivering it in a way that is relevant, genuinely value-add, and beautifully crafted around them. The Proactive Recommendations Lead sits at the intersection of product, taste, and execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can consistently produce compelling proactive content, iterate quickly based on real member behavior, and help codify the SOPs that power Aurora’s autonomous recommendation systems. Being great at proactive curation is one of the hardest problems in product. It requires taste, conviction, empathy, and rigor - not just analysis or logic. You will work directly with our co-founders, member experience, product, and operations teams to develop a function that proactively delivers high-touch curations across our five core lifestyle verticals, engaging and delighting members. This is a rare opportunity to build a defining product set with an AI-native company at the intersection of technology, luxury, and longevity. This role reports directly to Aurora’s Co-Founder & COO, and offers a fast track toward leadership across Growth, Product, and Business Operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Own proactive recommendations end-to-end: Design and ship proactive recommendations, ensuring they are compelling, relevant, and actionable., • Iterate relentlessly using real feedback: Analyze member engagement and conversion data, collect and synthesize qualitative feedback, and use this information to continuously refine the structure, tone, timing, and narrative of our proactive content., • Tune Aurora's AI: Define what “good” looks like in proactive content - building the contextual logic and taste that inform & educate our autonomous recommendation systems., • Ensure Consistency of Content: Develop a function which outputs a high-volume of proactive content while maintaining quality, coherence, and uniqueness., • Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with Aurora's product, operations, and commercial teams to ensure proactive recommendations align with inventory, product experience, and member needs., • Expand Aurora’s proactive function We envision the role proceeding to take ownership of original content across Aurora's channels, from IRL proactive consumer brand placements to original content series delivered in-app. Who You Are:, • Exceptional taste and judgment: You have an intuitive sense of what is compelling and high-signal in the lifestyle industry across travel, dining, experiences, goods & gifts, and experiences & entertainment.
