What Youll Do • Supervise SLPAs: Deliver both direct and indirect supervision, ensuring compliance with ASHA and Washington State regulations., • Drive Quality: Oversee assessments, re-evaluations, and write progress reports for the SLPA caseload., • Family Engagement: Conduct regular parent trainings and support sessions to foster family involvement and progress., • Evaluate & Support: Perform initial evaluations; cover sessions as needed and provide makeup visit availability., • Collaborate: Partner closely with occupational/physical therapists and administrative leaders for wrap-around, multidisciplinary care., • Mentor & Lead: Model ICANs values in all facets of supervision, fostering a positive, growth-oriented, and team-centric environment., • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records., • Department Goals: Assist in operational and quality improvement efforts.
