About the Role: Dashing Diva is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Coordinator to join our team. The product coordinator is an entry-level position for recent graduates or early career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in both product development and operations. In this role, you will be managing project timelines, assisting with presentations, organizing sample inventories, and supporting day-to-day team operations. What You Will Do: Product Development Support (40%) • Track project timelines and update trackers to meet deadlines in timely manner, • Create, modify, track Bills of Materials (BOMs) changes, • Support creation of visual boards and product review presentations, • Request and distribute samples for marketing, creative, PR, and consumer testing, • Identify market trends to research design and color trends on a monthly, seasonal, and yearly basis., • Take detailed meeting notes, distill action items, and circulate recaps to partners, • Manage sample room: labeling, tracking, and organizing income samples, • Oversee logistics for sample shipments, PR kits, and consumer study panels, • Support off-site work arrangements for team members, • Maintain inventory and order office supplies to support day-to-day team needs, • Coordinate schedules for team and cross functional meetings, • Assist in creating process decks, trackers, and SOPs to strengthen team workflows What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred., • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or projects in beauty/consumer goods a plus)., • Must be highly organized with strong accountability and note-taking skills., • Exceptional attention to detail for BOM tracking, sample management, and creative review., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with willingness to learn project tools (Adobe)., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to follow up with stakeholders and keep projects on track., • Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a smaller, fast-moving company., • Passion for the beauty industry and curiosity about global and Western beauty trends., • Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred. Job Summary: Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly detail-oriented and analytical SCM Sr. Associate in the Supply Chain Management department to manage and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Monitor and assess current inventory levels for each retail partner., • Identify and escalate risks related to out-of-stock (OOS), overstock, and low inventory levels., • Collaborate with SCM to flag stockout risks and develop mitigation plans., • Analyze sales trends and correlate them with existing inventory data., • Recommend forecast adjustments in coordination with the planning team based on demand shifts or upcoming promotional events., • Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports to ensure shipments meet customer requirements., • Identify non-compliant shipments or trends, investigate root causes, and take corrective actions in partnership with Logistics and SCM teams., • Act as the liaison between internal teams (Logistics, SCM, Sales) and retail partners., • Proactively resolve replenishment issues, shipment discrepancies, and inventory misalignments., • Attend and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Planning., • Discuss upcoming retail promotions, new product launches, inventory levels, and demand risks., • Lead or support special projects and initiatives as requested by management. About the Role: Dashing Diva is seeking a creative, motivated, and passionate Brand Marketing Director with proven success in the retail and/or beauty industry. The Brand Marketing Director is responsible for driving brand positioning, growth, and equity by overseeing marketing planning, integrated marketing campaigns, product positioning and communications, PR, and brand activations. The ideal candidate must have a pulse on what is happening in the beauty and fashion retail industry, digital space and new marketing trends, and current events. *This position requires on-site presence four days a week at our Port Washington, NY office.
