Job DescriptionSalary: $85,000 - $120,000 Summary You will be responsible for the overall success of your assigned accounts, developing and driving long-term strategies across all TMG disciplines, coaching and developing the digital team and becoming an expert in digital platforms. Primary Responsibilities • Develops long-term strategies for clients and the team. Helps drive collaboration across internal teams to ensure our work has the most impact., • Owns the analytics and reporting efforts across key clients and campaigns to drive performance marketing KPIs . Analyzes information to anticipate problems and opportunities and plans appropriately., • Identifies and pursues growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Supports new business efforts through proposal development, industry presence, and cross-sell opportunities across departments., • Budgets digital projects, identifying necessary resources, and accurately develops client scopes of work., • Oversees proposal response documents and coordinates with Creative, Creative Operations, and Media for the creation and delivery of new proposals, presentations, and sales decks., • Expert in communicating both internally and externally with clients, vendors, and community partners. Presents information clearly, adapting to different communication styles across audiences., • Works across departments to proactively identify areas of improvement with a solution-oriented approach, • Creates insightful briefs, strategic recommendations, and reports., • Coaches and develops direct reports through regular feedback, performance reviews, and mentorship, while fostering a learning culture across the broader agency. Manages talent needs within the department and drives the staffing, interviewing, and hiring processes for their area., • Serves as an expert in digital marketing across owned, paid, and organic channels. Anticipates market disrupters, identifies new trends, and works with the team to implement relevant strategies. Acts as an external agency ambassador by attending industry-specific business community events., • Understands the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the department and how to position the value of the department in the market. Evolves TMG offerings for integrated marketing communication plans and drives digital process efficiencies across the agency., • Evaluates and implements tools and technology, including emerging AI tools, to improve campaign performance, reporting efficiency, and team workflows. Understands and uses agency-related platforms and leads the implementation of new department tools., • Demonstrates passion for making a difference internally, for the client, and the community. Provides real-time feedback and coaching to reinforce Agency values. Has a team first mentality, going above and beyond the role to make a difference. Proactively looks for ways to help the department succeed. Is accountable for the teams deliverables, and is actively engaged in the constant evolution of the agency. Skills and Abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to coach and develop others, • Expertise In Analytics and Data Analysis., • Expertise in management of Digital Marketing Platforms across owned, paid, and organic., • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems, • Working knowledge of emerging AI tools and how they support campaign performance and team efficiency Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent work experience, • Min of 8 to 10 years of experience, • Min 1 year of people management
