Qualifications Qualifications and Skills * 4+ years of experience in multi-concept hospitality or entertainment venue leadership. * Sales, marketing, or business development experience within the NYC market strongly preferred. * Demonstrated success in full P&L management, team leadership, and operational excellence. * Energetic, creative, and results-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with shifting priorities. * Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
