Conduct preliminary test as appropriate based on the problem list or patient’s presenting symptoms. Enter all data into the EMR system., • Perform procedures without error in a timely fashion as ordered by the provider., • Responsible for patient education including but not limited to medications care planning, disease process understanding, environmental controls and device teaching. Document specific take home messages to the patient in the EMR system., • Take inventory of supplies and re-stock as needed.
