Job Description This is a full time 40-hour/week position. Second shift hours from 1-9:30pm. This Client Care Coordinator position is an essential part of our specialty services within the hospital. In this specialized role, you will work collaboratively with our doctors, technicians, and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of excellent client service while a pet is hospitalized. This impactful role provides daily opportunity to make a positive difference in the quality of life of our patients and clients. The Coordinator will act as an integral point person for both clients and veterinary staff; liaising information, facilitating patient movement within the hospital, and providing our clients with a valuable resource during their pet’s hospitalization. Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years experience in a hands-on and/or client service role in a veterinary facility, animal shelter/humane society, or other animal related field. Relative experience in a human medical position is also welcomed. Substitutable experience also includes 2 years in the hospitality or service industry. THE POSITION: Join our team of Client Care Coordinators who are responsible for facilitating client care from patient admission to discharge. They serve as a life-line to clients during their pet’s hospitalization – providing status updates, sending patient photos, and addressing questions/concerns to ensure the client is comforted and informed during their pet’s care. This role relies on strong communication skills as the Coordinator is a direct line between our Veterinarians and the client, acting as a central resource and relaying critical information through multiple channels. This non-clinical client service role is perfect for someone who excels in providing outstanding client service, but wants the opportunity to also work with animals in a less technical role. We are applying these innovations to societally-relevant areas of biomedical research. As part of these efforts, we are developing new approaches to study protein dysfunctions in Alzheimer’s and related neurodegenerative diseases. Summary of PositionWe are seeking scientist and senior scientist candidates to help drive our efforts to use single-cell proteomics to understand the causes of Alzheimer’s and related neurodegenerative diseases. Ideal candidates will have expertise in the molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration and direct, hand-on experience in single-cell analysis, computational biology, and brain tissue handling. Candidates will have the opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in multiple areas, including on NIH-funded projects, using proteomic technologies developed at PTI to discover new molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration in Alzheimer’s and related disorders. You will also have monthly meetings with our Community Managers, and those typically happen between 9am-5pm during the workdays., • You have a bachelor's degree in education, Jewish Studies, or another related field, and some professional work experience that is post-undergrad, at a Jewish organization in a programmatic capacity., • You have or are pursuing a post-undergraduate degree in Jewish Education, such as a master's degree in Jewish Education (or in the 2nd year or later of a graduate degree program in Jewish Education), or Rabbinical or Cantorial ordination. Alternatively, you have at least two years of post-undergraduate Jewish text study, through formal programs such as Pardes, Hadar, Drisha, or a yeshiva/kollel. Other forms of formal post-graduate Jewish study will be considered., • You are able to travel, and would be excited to visit and engage in Moishe House events in your area, with an expectation to visit at least 3 within two months of starting work., • You are able and excited to attend NattyCon which will take place on October 8th - 11th, 2026.
