As an Oncology Research Nurse your primary responsibility is to screen, enroll and follow oncology research study subjects ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while patients are on the study. You are responsible for all data collection, source documentation and submission of adverse experience reports. * You will support enrolling patients onto clinical trials through recruitment, screening, enrollment and follow up of eligible subjects. * You will ensure the protection of study patients by timely adherence to protocol requirements and compliance * You will attend weekly study status teleconference and monthly staff meetings * You will be familiar with the protocols on which the patients are enrolled, screen, treat, and follow patients * You will review the study design and inclusion/exclusion criteria with physician and patient. * You will complete and document screening/eligibility and consent accurately and have all parties fully execute the document including HIPAA Authorization * You will complete the inclusion/exclusion form and standard enrollment form accurately and assess the patient and document findings at each clinic visit while on protocol * You will document all specific tools required by the protocol (i.e. oral medication forms, pill count diaries, quality of life questionnaires, neuro exams, vital signs sheets, times of PK draws, etc.) * You will screen every new patient or patient returning to office with scan results and document appropriately on the patient tracking logs * You will complete the study medication order form and have the physician or nurse practitioner sign orders prior to treatment and ensure that all medications, including antiemetics, are approved by the registrar prior to initiating treatment or when changing medication regimens, such as crossover studies * You will calculate the BSA, creatinine clearance, urine protein:creatinine ratio or any other conversions needed per protocol * Obtain completed and signed waivers prior to submitting forms to enrollment coordinator for investigator-initiated protocols and re-consent patients in a timely manner and document process appropriately * You will accurately complete and submit follow-up serious adverse event (SAE) report to the Safety Department within the time frame allotted by the Regulatory Department. Job Description About the Role: The Psychometric Clinical Rater will be responsible for conducting and interpreting quantitative tests for the measurement of psychological variables related to specific diseases and/or disorders as part of the required study assessments for subjects participating in a clinical trial. The Clinical Rater will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Job Description Position Overview Elite Clinical Network (ECN) is seeking a dedicated and research-oriented Physician – Endocrinologist to join our expanding team of clinical professionals. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the conduct of clinical trials by serving as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator, while continuing to provide high-quality medical care to adult patients within a clinical research setting. Job Description Date posted: November 3, 2025 Job description: Duties and Responsibilities Provide care to patients in a manner that promotes safety and comfort within the clinical research environment Assist patients with activities of daily living; attend to patient behavioral problems and aid in crisis intervention, as needed Chart patient observations, following protocols and standard operating procedures Apply compassion to always preserve and safeguard the dignity of patients Conducts minimal non-protocol specific medical assessments, i.e. automatic blood pressure measurements, temperature monitoring, etc. Works with Unit Clinician to facilitate/oversee patient check-in/check-outs Promotes a physically and emotionally safe environment, including conducting regular checks on subjects, subject rooms, subject inventory, and facility property Utilizes de-escalation techniques to mitigate any potential patient crises Collaborates with Principal Investigator, Clinical Raters, and Clinical Research Coordinators to oversee patient experience Monitor the physical status of patients and performs tasks that ensure physical well-being. Job Description A minimum of 5 years' SIU experience is required. Must have experience in P&C investigations. * Candidates who do not have property (non-auto) experience will not be considered. Multi-lines is highly desired, but not required. Candidate must have a good understanding of material misrepresentation and how it applies to an investigation. We are seeking individuals who possess proven investigative skill sets within the industry, as well as honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, and discipline. Good time management skills are highly needed. Must have reliable transportation, along with own digital recorder and camera. Job duties include, but are not limited to, taking in-person recorded statements, scene photos, writing a detailed, comprehensive report, client communications, as well as meeting strict due dates on all assignments. This is a W-2 role; subcontractors will not be considered.
