What we are looking for: A Specialty Medication Coordinator (also referred to as Biologics Coordinator) to assist with ensuring our patients have access to the best care possible! While this individual will assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed, their bigger focus will be on navigating the complexities of patient access to prescribed biologics and specialty medications. This role oversees a high-acuity neonatal program, including NICU transport services, and is responsible for quality outcomes, staff development, financial performance, and service line growth. This opportunity is ideal for a NICU nursing leader with strong neonatal clinical expertise, proven leadership capability, and experience managing complex neonatal services.
