JOB DEFINITION: The Crisis Solutions Center (CSC) provides stabilization, treatment, and referral services for up to 46 individuals at a time, with the goal of diverting people experiencing mental illness and substance use disorders from hospitals and jails to a more appropriate therapeutic setting. CSC includes the Crisis Diversion Facility (CDF), a residential acute crisis stabilization program, and Crisis Diversion Interim Services (CDIS), a step-down program serving individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. In partnership with CSC Project Managers, the Lead Clinical Supervisor provides shift-level clinical and administrative leadership across CDF and CDIS, supporting the implementation of program standards, workflows, and service expectations. This role oversees frontline staff supervision, client engagement, and short-term case management services, while ensuring safe transitions between programs and effective discharge planning. The Lead Clinical Supervisor is a Mental Health Professional and plays a key role in coaching staff, maintaining clinical quality, and supporting integrated operations across the CSC continuum. This position is not tied to a specific shift and may support day, swing, or night operations based on program needs. About Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT): The Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT or “Meerkat”) at DESC, is a county funded program responsible for addressing the imminent and emergent needs of community members in crisis, in the central region of King County primarily covering the entirety of Seattle. The DESC team has been providing mobile crisis response services to the community for well over a decade. As a nonprofit with over 45 years of experience focused on serving our community’s adults living with long histories of homelessness, behavioral health, and other disabling conditions, DESC is uniquely positioned to connect people in crisis to the important support and survival services they may need to overcome and prevent future occurrences of crisis, behavioral health distress, or other instabilities in our community. JOB DEFINITION: Each Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their team’s timely, effective, and coordinated response into the field as they are dispatched and deployed by Crisis Connections. Shift Supervisors work alongside the staff they supervise providing real-time, on the ground supervision, coaching and guidance for how to resolve crisis situations their teams are responding to in the community. Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisors have the responsibility of implementing the systems created by the MRRCT program leadership related to proper documentation standards, implementation and adherence to DESC policies and procedures, supervision and performance management of their team, and ensuring their team members participate in all relevant training and on-going education necessary. Position Overview: The Leasing Associate is the property's sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified future residents, in a manner that is consistent with Bellwether’s values, policies, and procedures, and Fair Housing. The Leasing Associate provides professional, responsive, unbiased, caring, and knowledgeable interactions with applicants and current residents. Work Schedule: Onsite, Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. The final schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Your Impact: Marketing • Maintains a professional yet friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents meet., • Responds to inquiries in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Knock- system in accordance with Bellwether expectations., • Posts regularly on online advertising sites such as Craigslist and Weblisters as instructed., • Inspects models and market-ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness. Performs cleaning and staging as needed., • Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly, whether it is a prospect call, an irate resident, a service request, etc. Transfers calls to Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager when appropriate., • Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, and professionally presents the community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits., • Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to the manager for marketing property and for improving resident satisfaction., • Sets out A-Boards and balloons at property entrances daily., • Track all sources of traffic for all prospects in Yardi., • Work with the Site Manager and Portfolio Manager to develop marketing strategies and implementation., • Evaluate vacant units to determine potential leasing hurdles, working with Site Managers and Portfolio Managers to establish concessions or adjust rent levels., • Manage central leasing email account; outreach and prescreen prospects, provide information on leasing at the Bellwether unit, and schedule intake appointments., • Assist with applications to accurately complete rental applications and support documentation., • Explain WSHFC income qualification guidelines and other funding guidelines or restrictions., • Process housing applications, submit screening applications, and obtain third-party verification of income, assets, and other eligibility requirements., • Enter application information into the property management software., • Develop a collaborative system with Site Managers for applications in progress, with detailed communication logs to ensure application files are up to date., • Complete all lease paperwork, including related addenda, and accept rents and deposits., • Actively participate and champion the ‘One Team’ at the site centered on Bellwether’s values of accountability, belonging, and collaboration., • Seek out and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure site teams do the same., • Create a sense of community among residents, coordinating and engaging in regular events.
