Why You’ll Love This Role • Be part of a high-growth print organization that embraces complex, custom work and genuinely values fresh ideas and continuous improvement., • Collaborate with a supportive team that trusts you to manage your workload independently while stepping in for one another when priorities intensify., • Build specialized experience in label, packaging, and advanced print workflows that will significantly elevate your long-term career trajectory., • Step into a position where proactive communication, resourcefulness, and strong follow-through are noticed, appreciated, and rewarded., • Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm schedule along with a robust benefits package that supports your health, finances, and life outside of work.What You’ll Do, • Coordinate and manage complex print orders from initial request through final shipment, working closely with customers, sales, and production., • Take full ownership of each customer interaction, identifying potential issues early and presenting clear, actionable solutions., • Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email to clarify specifications, confirm details, and keep all parties updated on job status., • Enter and maintain accurate order and customer information in Label Trax and related systems, using strong data-entry skills and comfort with tools similar to Excel., • Review and verify purchase orders to ensure quantities, pricing, and specifications are correct before moving jobs into production., • Set up and process print jobs with multiple components, SKUs, and customer-specific requirements, ensuring all details are captured correctly., • Read and interpret job tickets and complex specifications so that production teams have precise instructions to run jobs accurately and on time., • Monitor production schedules, provide proactive updates, and offer alternative options when timing or capacity issues arise., • Demonstrate a consistent “go the extra mile” mindset when handling urgent needs, last-minute changes, or unexpected roadblocks.To Be Successful in This Role, You Bring:, • 2+ years of customer service experience in printing, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment where jobs are detailed and time-sensitive., • Familiarity with print concepts such as label or paper stocks, inks, finishing methods, and the general flow from prepress through shipping (or strong enthusiasm to learn quickly)., • Experience managing orders with multiple SKUs, specifications, or custom components in a production or manufacturing context., • Exposure to labels and print technologies such as flexographic, digital, and offset printing; experience with variable data printing or mailing services is a plus., • Background in quality control, estimating, or using customer portals preferred to help you adapt quickly to the role., • Exceptional attention to detail and consistently low error rates in data entry, order setup, and proofing., • Strong problem-solving instincts, clear and assertive communication, and the ability to stay calm, organized, and positive when deadlines are tight.
