Job Description • Must be able to perform all job functions and duties that are required of the Residential Direct Care Staff., • Must hold and maintain all required certifications throughout employment., • Participates in developing the Overall Plan of Service for the resident, including developing and implementing individual programs., • Implement overall plan of service ensuring that all programs are implemented in a timely manner that all staff are in serviced, follow individual programs and document accordingly., • Monitor medical, physical, and behavioral changes in individuals on a daily basis. Ensure that it is documented properly. Report all errors of medication dispensation or documentation according to policy., • Report all incidents immediately., • Ensure that written dietary plans are followed for each resident. A minimum of 5 days food/water supply is available at all times., • Ensure the cleanliness of the home, inside and outside. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of agency vehicle and request any maintenance needs as they occur., • Maintain HPE’s residents right to privacy including knocking before entering home, resident’s bedroom or any other private area and adhere to HPE’s Confidentiality Policy., • Conduct oneself in a professional manner when interacting with supervisors, co-workers, consultants, families, guardians and members of the community., • Conduct monthly staff meetings, documenting content and attendance.
