Job DescriptionJob Title: Cleanroom Technician Job Description As a Cleanroom Technician, you will ensure the production records are accurately maintained both manually and digitally, adhering to the company's quality system standards. Under the guidance of the Clean Room Supervisor or Manager, you will utilize documented techniques, methods, and technologies to efficiently perform tasks such as post-dryer inspections, branding, coiling, label printing, and pouch sealing. You will be responsible for maintaining minimum production volumes, keeping a clean and organized workspace, and conducting line clearance as needed, while following the company’s safety and quality guidelines. Responsibilities • Complete and maintain all appropriate training., • Correctly document production records both manually and digitally., • Conduct post-dryer inspections, branding, coiling, label printing, and pouch sealing., • Develop and maintain at least minimum production volumes., • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and conduct line clearance as needed., • Induct top-down cleaning as directed., • Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines., • Complete additional responsibilities, projects, tasks, or objectives as assigned by supervisors and executives.Essential Skills, • Cleanroom experience., • Assembly and medical assembly skills., • Knowledge of medical devices., • Proficiency in microscope usage., • Experience in production and catheter handling., • Inspection and packaging skills., • Cleaning expertise and hand dexterity., • Experience in medical packing.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent., • 1 year of experience in medical device reprocessing, manufacturing, production, or a related work environment., • Exhibits a positive attitude and thrives in a team-based environment., • Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs and transfer them manually., • Ability to work on feet or sit for extended periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterbury, Connecticut. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
