Job DescriptionDescription: Barista Join our vibrant team as a Barista and bring your passion for coffees, smoothies and juices as well as customer service to a dynamic and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve brewed and espresso coffee drinks, teas, juices, and smoothies, • Maintains a high level of product quality by adhering to all New Morning recipes and drink quality standards, • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area, • Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately, • Assist in inventory (ingredients) management and restocking supplies as needed, • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers, • Promote our menu offerings and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations, • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation, • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
