Job Description Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, be proactive, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Reports to: Office Manager Salary Range: $22 to $24 per hour Hours of Work: Monday through Friday. Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner., • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member., • Manage and organize office operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries and correspondence., • Pull monthly benefits report, review for eligibility, update appropriate systems and communicate with benefits agent., • Review monthly benefit carrier invoices to ensure accuracy, confirming that all active employees are included, terminated employees have been removed, and any applicable credits or refunds have been processed., • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and other electronic communications., • Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists., • Assist in the preparation and execution of company events and projects., • Maintain a clean and organized environment for office and breakroom. Monitor supply closets for inventory., • Support ALS team with administrative tasks as required., • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or a similar role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Experience with Constant Contact., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills., • Previous experience in Home Care preferred., • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Opportunity for advancement., • Competitive salary commensurate with experience., • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance., • Retirement plan with 4% company match contributions., • Paid time off (PTO).
