Key duties include responding to non-emergent medical calls, conducting thorough patient assessments, and ensuring the safe loading and unloading of patients from company vehicles. The EMT will also be tasked with accurately collecting and documenting patient information while maintaining effective communication with dispatch personnel and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment, a professional demeanor, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments. A strong commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities • Respond to nonemergency calls in a timely manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, • Collect vital information from patients, and safely convey that message to appropriate entities, • Document medical care and patient information accurately, • Maintain an inventory of medical supplies on your response vehicle, and resupply as needed, • Continue to attend training sessions to maintain certification and keep up to date with new medical knowledge, • Communicate effectively with dispatch, partners and healthcare professionalsQualifications, • EMT license or certification required, as per state and federal guidelines, • The ability to act quickly in emergency situations, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment safely

As a Medical Assistant, you will administer and coordinate medical services necessary while creating a positive patient experience within the facility. You will be responsible for performing routine administrative and clinical responsibilities. Current certification from the Certifying Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), or registration from the American Medical Technologists (AMT), or the National Center for Competency Training (NCCT), or any recognized certifying body approved by the Board., • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), RMA (Registered Medical Assistant)., • Two (2) years’ experience or knowledge in the field of behavioral health recommended., • Experience performing blood draws, • Works as part of the intake team to ensure patients are seen promptly., • Observe urine samples for urine drug screens, test onsite and package for laboratory for confirmation testing., • Obtain vital signs and report findings to nurse when needed., • Obtain blood samples for standard blood testing onsite and package for the laboratory, • Communicate all relevant information to the leadership team regarding patients and the facility., • Make appointments for patients to see physicians, counselors, and case managers, and provide lab work and referrals for additional follow-up care., • May be responsible for cash collection and daily balancing., • May be responsible for managing accounts receivable/accounts payable/ deposits., • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, checking in visitors, etc., • May be responsible for coordinating appointments for patients. May be responsible for running the PDMP for all patients as well as recording patient information at intake in the Central Registry for that State, • Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the patients in the EHR as well as in any lab required software programs
