Job DescriptionNight Supervisor The Night Supervisor provides exceptional, person-centered care to residents while leading by example for other Resident Assistants. Acting as a mentor and resource, the Night Supervisor ensures the community consistently delivers the “Red Carpet Treatment” in accordance with individualized service and care plans. This position functions under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator and may require performing hands-on care. Certification as a CNA is preferred but not required. Essential Functions: • Lead by example, modeling care expectations and mentoring new and existing Resident Assistants., • Supervise staff, including those administering medications, and participate in new hire orientation and onboarding., • Provide personal care assistance per Individual Service Plans (ISP), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and medication reminders., • Record vital signs, maintain accurate resident progress notes, and communicate status changes to supervisors., • Promote resident engagement and independence, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment., • Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions, uphold HIPAA and confidentiality policies., • Minimum one year of supervising caregivers, • Minimum two years of memory care experience, • Professionalism and ability to handle emotionally charged situations with poise., • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach., • 21 years of age or older., • High school diploma or GED., • CPR certified within 90 days of employment., • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English., • Meet applicable health requirements and maintain required continuing education credits.The Perks That Matter:, • Competitive salary and bonus opportunities, • Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, • 401(k) with match, • Paid time off and flexible hours, • Employee assistance program and on-demand pay Since 2004, we’ve created a culture where our staff can innovate and grow — while our residents thrive and their families enjoy peace of mind.
