OVERVIEW The Case Manager for the Integration Program will provide support to recently arrived refugees via long-term case management beyond the initial resettlement period to aid clients in achieving all aspects of self-sufficiency, including health and medical assistance, employment, and English language instruction. The manager will also work collaboratively alongside partnering community agencies, make referrals for services and resources, and provide transportation to clients as needed.
