Job Description We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in social work, case management, behavioral health support, social-services documentation, community programs, and structured human-services workflows. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured social-services workflow review, case documentation, assessment materials, service planning, referral coordination, program reporting, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their social work and human-services expertise to review realistic case and program scenarios, evaluate documentation requirements, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based social-services workflow tasks. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Case Documentation & Assessment Review • Review social-services scenarios involving case notes, client assessments, service plans, referrals, progress reports, and support documentation, • Evaluate case materials against source records, required fields, program requirements, and documented service goals, • Support structured review of clinical, medical, behavioral health, protective services, school-based, juvenile justice, or community support workflows, • Review scenarios involving care coordination, referral tracking, resource navigation, safety planning, program participation, and outcome documentation, • Evaluate service plans, progress notes, program records, and referral materials against defined criteria and source materials, • Support structured review of hospital social work, county human services, nonprofit programs, behavioral-health services, or community-based support workflows, • Review macro social work and program administration scenarios involving grant reports, outcome reports, program narratives, community services, and policy-related documentation, • Support structured review of materials connected to Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot, Bonterra, DocuSign, SharePoint, Box, or similar social-services systems, • Translate social work and human-services workflows into clear task documentation, review criteria, and structured written outputs Strong candidates may have: • 3+ years of experience in social work, case management, behavioral health, medical social work, protective services, school social work, nonprofit programs, community services, policy work, or human-services administration, • Experience in one or more areas such as clinical social work, hospital social work, oncology, palliative care, behavioral health, child protective services, adult protective services, juvenile justice, substance-use programs, mental-health services, or macro social work, • Familiarity with tools and systems such as Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot, Bonterra, DocuSign, SharePoint, Box, case-management systems, EHR-adjacent systems, or similar human-services platforms, • Comfort reading and preparing social-services artifacts such as case notes, assessments, service plans, referrals, progress reports, grant reports, outcome reports, program narratives, and case summaries, • Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills, • A degree or professional background in social work, psychology, counseling, public health, human services, nonprofit administration, public administration, sociology, community development, or a related field is helpful, • LCSW, LMSW, MSW, BSW, or equivalent social work licensure or training is highly relevant, • Experience at a hospital system, county human services department, child or adult protective services agency, behavioral-health organization, major nonprofit, school system, or community services organization, • Familiarity with clinical documentation, case planning, service coordination, referral workflows, outcome reporting, program administration, or grant reporting, • Experience preparing or reviewing case notes, assessments, service plans, progress reports, referral documentation, grant reports, program narratives, or outcome summaries, • Background in medical social work, behavioral health, protective services, juvenile justice, school social work, substance-use programs, community organizing, or policy work, • Apply social work and human-services expertise to structured remote project work, • Contribute to high-quality case documentation review, service planning, referral coordination, and program workflow assessment, • Work on flexible, project-based assignments aligned with your social-services background, • Use your professional judgment in a focused, detail-oriented review environment, • Independent contractor role, • Fully remote with flexible scheduling, • Part-time commitment depending on project availability, • Competitive rates between $45–$65 per hour depending on expertise, • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise, • Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
