Job Qualifications: Education: Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or Management Information Systems Experience: Two or more years of experience in Healthcare, Public Health, Non-Profit or Clinic environment in a HR Generalist, HR/Business Analyst, HR Specialist or Administrative Office role. Skills: Working knowledge of employment laws and human resources practices. Software: Prior experience utilizing HR based information software Physical Requirements: Must be able to frequently (up to 10% of the time) sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs (if an elevator is unavailable). Must be able to frequently (up to 20% of the time) talk, listen and speak clearly in person and via telephone. Must be able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 10 lbs.
