We are growing our team and looking for a motivated Travel Consultant who is eager to learn and build a career in the travel industry. What You'll Do • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services, • Build itineraries tailored to client needs, budgets, and travel policies, • Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely and professional manner, • Respond to client inquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service, • Work with GDS/booking platforms (training provided), • Keep accurate records of bookings and support the team with administrative tasks What We're Looking For • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus, • 0–2 years of experience; interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests at once, • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office, • Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Italian or Spanish) is a plus, • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 upon hire. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We're looking for an Agent Assistant to join our NYC office and start immediately. This is an entry-level role with salary commensurate with experience, ideal for someone with prior experience as a personal or executive assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You'll work closely with agents and gain hands-on exposure to client relations, artist management, production, negotiations, sales, and agency operations, with room to grow into more responsibility as you develop. Schedule & Location Based in the WSA Building in Manhattan. Hybrid schedule (in-person Tuesday through Thursday). Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with availability before and after hours as needed to support agents, artists, and active jobs.
