Our Business Development team is the engine behind that mission, and our National Account Executives are responsible for building and growing strategic, enterprise-level partnerships nationwide. This role is designed exclusively for true business development professionals operating at a national level with demonstrated success selling to multi-state, multi-site portfolios. What You Do As a National Account Executive, you operate at the enterprise level - building trust long before loss events, responding with urgency when they occur, and coordinating execution across markets. You’re successful in this role because you: • Drive National Growth - Build and expand enterprise and national accounts across multi-state, multi-site client portfolios, • Maintain Strategic Pipelines - Own a disciplined, accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring visibility, accountability, and reliable forecasting, • Sell Solutions, Not Transactions - Position Kustom as a long-term, nationwide restoration partner through consultative, solution-based selling, • Operate at the Executive Level - Confidently engage senior leaders, risk managers, and executive decision-makers across large organizations, • Lead with Urgency - Stay calm, credible, and decisive when large-scale or multi-location losses occur, • Collaborate Across the Business - Partner closely with operations, estimating, and emergency response teams to mobilize quickly and execute consistently nationwide, • Coordinate Complex Execution - Align divisions, regions, and service lines to deliver seamless outcomes for national clients, • Anticipate Risk & Opportunity - Monitor national trends, high-risk events, and relevant industry activity to proactively support client needs, • Identify Portfolio-Wide Growth - Uncover cross-sell and expansion opportunities across verticals such as hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, industrial, senior living, storage, and more, • Proactive & Strategic - Proven success managing enterprise or national B2B accounts and driving growth across multi-state, multi-site client portfolios, • Relationship-Focused - Comfortable engaging senior leaders, risk managers, and executive stakeholders, building trust at every level of large organizations, • An Excellent Communicator - Confident presenting complex solutions, negotiating national agreements, and following through with clarity and credibility, • Detail-Driven & Accountable - Highly disciplined in CRM usage (Salesforce preferred) with an ownership mindset and accurate pipeline management, • Adaptable & Resilient - Able to respond quickly, stay composed, and make decisions under pressure when urgent, large-scale events occur, • Experienced & Curious - Restoration experience is a plus, but proven success selling complex services at scale and a drive to continuously learn are essential, • A Culture That Wins Together - Teamwork, integrity, and a growth mindset define us, • Competitive Comp Program - Weekly base pay plus unlimited quarterly commission structure, • Total Rewards Benefits - Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more Founded in 1968, Kustom has spent decades earning a stellar reputation as a nationally acclaimed, industry-leading property restoration firm.
