Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated person to oversee bar operations and personnel, ensuring top-quality beverages and service to customers. Maintain an inviting facility by coordinating inventory and staff schedules and ensuring the bar is clean. Focus on keeping the facility compliant with local regulations and licensing requirements. Responsibilities β’ Assume legal responsibility for Bar Operations, β’ Hire, train, manage, and develop staff, β’ Ensure bar cleanliness, safety, and health rules, β’ Keep beverages in good condition, β’ Perform inventory controls, β’ Handle customer complaints, β’ Plan and present bar menu, β’ Comply with all food and beverage regulationsRequirements, β’ Bar management or beverage service operation experience, β’ Complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, β’ Knowledge of cost control procedures, β’ Mixologist license and/or training, β’ Understand human resources practices, β’ Must be available for a five-day afternoon/evening shift, including weekends and holidays, β’ Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a South Fulton City pouring licenseQualifications, β’ Proven management skills, β’ Team building and staff training, β’ Organization and excellent communication skills, β’ Cost containment and control, β’ Flexibility and stress resistance, β’ Mixology and product knowledge, β’ Hiring, staff training, and team buildingOur ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
