Job Description Framing Technology designs and manufactures custom aluminum extrusion solutions, including machine frames, guarding systems, enclosures, and workstations for industrial and automation applications. We serve a wide range of customers, including OEMs, integrators, and manufacturers, delivering solutions that prioritize speed, flexibility, and reliability. We are currently looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our growing team. This person will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding the company’s customer base across the northeast region. This role is strictly focused on outbound prospecting and new customer acquisition, requiring consistent activity to identify, engage, and convert new opportunities. The position plays a key role in building a sustainable pipeline and contributing to the company’s long-term revenue growth. This position requires a highly self-motivated, results-driven individual who can operate independently while managing a high level of sales activity. The ideal candidate will be able to develop a qualified pipeline, effectively communicate technical solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This is a true “hunter” role, not an account management or order-taking position. Commission-based salary is uncapped and based solely on performance. Success is measured through a combination of activity, pipeline development, and revenue generation. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to demonstrate strong discipline in prospecting, effective opportunity conversion, and consistent progress toward defined revenue milestones.
