Assists with staff training for use of EMR and other client data systems. Performs ad hoc audits of records, as needed. * Collaborates with quality department to implement mechanisms for utilization review, quality assurance, and program evaluation for regulatory, VNS Health, and clinical compliance. Oversees development of quality improvement plans based on BH leadership recommendations. Provides oversight for regulatory and VNS Health audits. Enhances and implements Quality Assurance (Utilization Review, Incident Review) and Quality Improvement initiatives with an emphasis on contract compliance, risk management, and outcome-oriented data which illustrates the efficacy of BH programs. * Collaborates with leadership to oversee network development and relations. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, providing consistent access to high-quality mental health care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), experience working in a medical office or clinical healthcare setting, and will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, and support patients in developing long-term coping strategies. Requirements * Provide individual and group psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). * Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. * Deliver evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental-health conditions. * Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, nurse practitioners, and support staff to coordinate patient care. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes within the EHR. * Monitor patient outcomes, modify treatment plans as needed, and participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. * Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource connection when needed. * Participate in internal trainings, quality-improvement efforts, and team development. Qualifications * Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. * Active LCSW license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain). * Demonstrated experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is required. * Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience in an outpatient, behavioral-health, hospital, or medical setting preferred. * Strong clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and case management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Job Description Position Overview: MST (Multisystemic Therapy) is an intensive family and community based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of antisocial behavior in juvenile delinquents and offenders. MST addresses the multiple factors known to be related to delinquency across the key settings, or systems, within which youth are embedded. MST strives to promote behavior change in the youth’s natural environment, using the strengths of each system to facilitate change. The MST model fits well with the Children’s Village mission statement, current focus towards community based services and family reunification and with CV values. The MST model promotes personal responsibility, education, work ethic, community responsibility and an intolerance of violence and prejudice. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: Masters’ Degree in a New York State Licensable degree (MSW, CSW, PhD, MFT, MHC), and 12 months as an MST Therapist or 1 year of direct clinical experience in treating adolescents or family systems preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus. $3,600 additive given for license or 1 year post grad experience.
