Position Summary City Winery is seeking a Private Events Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support private event revenue across all venues. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives targeting corporate, social, and wedding business, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals, seasonal priorities, and venue-level opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Digital, Creative, and venue teams, this person will help drive awareness, strengthen market positioning, and support lead conversion through thoughtful, well-managed campaigns and initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role that requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously across a national portfolio. The Private Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing plans, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across digital, social, email, web, and partnership channels. While Design and Digital teams support execution, this role will own campaign direction, workflow coordination, prioritization, and overall marketing performance for the Private Events business. Overview of Responsibilities Integrated Marketing Strategy, Campaign Operations & Project Management • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting Private Events revenue across all locations, • Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with booking priorities, seasonal demand, and venue opportunities, • Own campaign planning and coordination across key segments including weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, and social celebrations, • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows to ensure campaigns launch on schedule, • Manage Private Events marketing budget and support optimization of marketing investments across channels, • Support marketing initiatives tied to new venue launches, renovations, and major business initiatives, • Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts tied to location-specific priorities and opportunities Campaign Development & Execution • Lead national and location-specific marketing campaigns aligned with the Private Events calendar, • Support development and execution of location-specific marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, • Led the overhaul of Private Events menus across all locations, including new photoshoots, marketing assets, and updated collateral to better showcase offerings and drive event bookings., • Brief and partner with Design, Digital, and Content teams to execute campaign assets across channels, • Ensure campaigns are cohesive, on brand, and executed consistently across markets, • Coordinate production timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across Digital, Design, Sales, and venue teams, • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for refinement and optimization, • Coordinate campaign rollouts across email, social, web, paid media, and sales enablement efforts, • Oversee photoshoots and management of Private Events visual assets and content libraries Digital, Email & Channel Strategy • Own LinkedIn strategy and paid campaign direction supporting awareness and outbound business development efforts, • Develop email marketing strategy including segmentation, newsletter planning, lifecycle campaigns, and promotional initiatives, • Partner with Digital team on website updates, landing pages, SEO, and conversion-focused event content, • Support website updates, event landing pages, and conversion-focused content for Private Events initiatives, • Partner with Digital team on location-specific marketing campaigns, paid media support, and promotional assets, • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, inquiries, and conversion metrics across channels Social Media Strategy • Develop social media strategy for Private Events across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, • Define content pillars, campaign integration, and platform-specific approaches that support brand awareness and event inquiries, • Partner with Design and Content teams to develop social assets and maintain strong visual and messaging consistency, • Analyze platform performance and recommend ongoing improvements based on engagement and campaign goals Sales Alignment & Marketing Support • Partner closely with Sales teams to support pipeline development and booking initiatives, • Help develop marketing-driven sales materials, messaging frameworks, presentations, and promotional collateral, • Develop and maintain sales collateral including event brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials, • Coordinate marketing support for outbound sales initiatives and targeted prospecting campaigns, • Ensure sales teams have updated marketing materials and assets to support outreach and client engagement, • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, sales priorities, and customer experience goals Content Direction & Brand Consistency • Help guide Private Events messaging and content direction across email, social, web, and promotional materials, • Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure consistency in voice, positioning, and visual identity across markets, • Maintain strong alignment between Private Events marketing and overall City Winery brand standards Partnerships & Industry Engagement • Identify and support strategic partnerships with planners, vendors, local businesses, and industry organizations, • Assist in marketing initiatives tied to showcases, networking events, trade events, and industry activations, • Support venue-level relationship marketing opportunities that increase visibility within local event communities Minimum Qualifications • 5–8+ years experience in hospitality, events, lifestyle, or integrated marketing, • Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution, • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, • Experience collaborating across Sales, Creative, Digital, and Operations teams, • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, email marketing platforms, social media strategy, and campaign reporting, • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization, • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment, • Understanding of corporate, social, and wedding event
