Provide additional oversight during high-priority periods, including occasional weekends and holidays as needed. Partner closely with channel leads to optimize campaigns, test new tactics, and unlock incremental growth opportunities. Lead by example as a hands-on operator who can dive into the details when needed. Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to both short-term acquisition goals and long-term subscriber value. Ensure the team is consistently optimizing toward durable, scalable growth. Partner with Business Intelligence to strengthen attribution modeling, with a focus on improving multi-touch attribution and enabling more accurate LTV-based decision making. Lead experimentation roadmaps across channels, creative, and offers to identify and scale new growth levers. Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, Creative, and Content teams to ensure alignment across the full customer journey and maximize overall impact.
