Requirements: Requirements • ExcelD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required, • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required, • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain), • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI), • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Ability to move from patient to patient with or without accommodation., • Ability to sit for long periods at a time., • Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions, daily., • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs. periodically., • Travel to clinic locations or sites as needed., • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
