Position Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join their facilities team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of their school offices and ongoing projects. This role will have a strong focus on financial administrative tasks, particularly invoicing and accounts payable. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment., • Oversee and process invoices and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness., • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies., • Maintain organized financial records and assist with budget tracking., • Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and document management., • Assist with onboarding and coordination of temporary staff or substitutes., • Liaise with faculty, staff, and parents to support operational needs., • Proven experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting., • An understanding of accounts payable and invoicing processes., • Excellent organizational and communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Blackbaud, or similar)., • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment., • Competitive salary commensurate with experience., • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans., • Opportunities for professional development., • A collaborative and mission-driven work environment.
