THE OPPORTUNITY As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, support staff development, manage inventory and labor, and ensure compliance with NYC health regulations. Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable. Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the restaurant. High school diploma (preferred).
