We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our Installation of Access Control, Security Systems, Fire Alarm Systems and Video Surveillance Systems to join our team! Candidates should be well versed in Installing, Testing and Troubleshooting these systems. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: • Install low voltage cabling in listed cable hangers., • Experience mounting commercial-grade surveillance cameras (Interior & exterior locations)., • Install panels and headend equipment to ensure the systems are operational and meet the customers satisfaction., • Work directly with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met., • Program of systems, entering and changing IP addresses, POE devices experience., • Comprehensive knowledge of door & latch hardware., • Experienced in reader technology & formats., • Lead a team of 1 4 technicians., • Perform work assignments in an effective and safe manner., • Attend and complete company and manufacture training to stay up to date with current technology., • Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent required., • 5+ years of relevant field experience., • Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding., • NICET certification or CSA (Fire Alarm) preferred., • Must obtain OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications within the first 90-days, if not yet certified. Physical Requirements: • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits., • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate., • Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations., • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
